Van De Wiele, which makes the production of carpets and velvet fabric in different woven structures all over the world with Bonas, Iro-Roj, Memminger-Iro, Titan and Protechnaile, will share its experience and knowledge with the textile industry. At its booth in ITMA Asia + CITME 2014, the firm will exhibit 3 gripper carpet weaving machines UCİ03, VTR33, TRP92, KLİ03 and another carpet weaving machine HCIX2 which has a rich colour scale.
HCIX2
Van De Wiele reflects its 16 colour varieties to carpet quality with its HCIX2 carpet weaving machine. The weaving distance was increased to 5 meters with new distance range of HCIX2. The double rapier machines which provide 50 % of saving are used in the new technology, the hand look carpets can be produced thanks to HCIX2 carpet weaving machine in which there is a high reed density with eight coloured squares developed as 1,000 dents/m.
Cut and loom piles can be produced thanks to 3 gripper carpet weaving machine UCi03In addition, a clean pile fixation is offered in UCi03 while all piles are weaved behind. Velvet Tronic VTR33, which is another machine that Van De Wiele will exhibit, can be used for velvet, upholstering automotive fabrics, curtains, chiffon dress, faux fur and various other applications. The desired design can be created thanks to its gripper system which has 40 % of higher density.
