Van De Wiele and Bonas are Ready at ITM

One of the strong manufacturers of the carpet weaving segment, Van De Wiele and Bonas will present a variety of their products at ITM. Operating under Van De Wiele Group, the firms will host their visitors at Hall 8, Stand 816 in the event to be held in İstanbul from May 29 to June 1. Offering more than 250 machines manufactured above the width of 5 meters to the clients, Van De Wiele also shares its solutions for carpet dimensions with the customers. The firm which will take part in the fair with the samples of carpet and velvet applications, the firm allows for the production of wall-to-wall carpet and rug as a result of the use of smart frame equipments.

 

Van De Wiele will present cut loop carpets in reed %00 d/m with 8 colours which are woven on the Universal Cut Loop Innovator, a three rapier carpet weaving machine. The firm will also introduce the new carpet quality of HCIX2 which has the widest color scale in the market. Van De Wiele reflects 16 different colours to the carpet with HCIX2 manufactured with the latest technologies. Also introduced at ITMA, HCIX2 stands out with its new interval. The width weaving interval is increased to 5m with the new machine. In the new technology where double rapiers are used ro provide savings of 50 %, the maximum carding density reaches up to 1000 d/m with 8 colourful squares. Introduced at ITMA Barcelona for the first time in 2011, Handlook Carpet Innovator HCiX2 is intensively used in the production of hand woven-like machine carpets in Iran, Turkey, Belgium and China. Van De Wiele which will make presentations about velvet products will also share the products of Velvet Tronic VTR technology with the clients. Velvets manufactured with this technology can be used for floorings, automotive sector, curtains and artificial fur.

Bonas at ITM with Si Technology

A member of Van De Wiele Group, Bonas will present its Si jacquard machine at the booth 816 in Hall 8. Being 40% more dense than its counterparts with its 10560 hooks, Si Jacquard machine is also smaller and lighter. This machine also provides solution for the problem of energy consumption. Minimising the energy consumption, this technology is a different product for the sector. Preferred by many firms owing to its ergonomic design, the machine also provides high efficiency with its high speed.
