Developing technologies for the heat-setting and dyeing processes of continuous carpet yarns, Superba Textile Systems shines out with the space-dyeing system allowing dyeing up to 8 colours with the production of machinery for the heat-setting, steaming and high-bulk production of woven carpets, tufted carpets, rugs, tricot and hand-knitted yarns.
Superba, which has an experience of 35 years in the production of textile machinery, offers innovative and competitive solutions with its last heat-setting line TVP3, frieze machine MF4 and fully automatic winding system B401. Superba, which also manufactures LV3 steaming and shrinking lines, MCD/LA Space-dyeing machines for heat-setting of acrylic yarns, stands out with its presale and after sale services.
Superba, which is always one step ahead thanks to its technologies improved for heat-setting of carpet yarns and texturisation in the production of artificial turf, has 60 offices in many different regions of the world such as United Arab Emirates, China and the United States.
Leading Technologies
In line with the rising trends in recent years, an increase was seen in the use of polyesters of different qualities and thin yarns. When Polyamide 6 and 6-6 are used, the processing of such fibres provides a high uniformity in order to avoid of striping thanks to this system developed by Superba. This process provides the possibility to obtain the required high-quality yarn for such products as wall to wall carpets by providing high strength.
Efficiency and Flexibility
Stopping to manufacture with knit de knit discontinuous processes, Superba offered its Multi-Colour Dyeing Machine MCD / LA to the market with growing demand for space-dyed yarn, this new machine provides more efficiency and flexibility. In a process which is completely continuous from reel to reel, MCD/LA can spray 8 different colours and it can run optional colour length or lower dimensions up to 15 millimetres. Superba is using a special linear motion system for this innovative and sustainable Space-dyeing process. Thanks to this system, the opening time of jet dyestuff can be reduced up to 2 milliseconds. In addition, MCD/LA providing 95 % efficiency can minimize the costs thanks to low energy consumption.
