Stäubli has taken its place at KTM 2016 Textile Machineries Exhibition to be held in Kahramanmaraş on 28-30 April 2016. The company headquarted in Switzerland offers weaving solutions for the textile industry since 1892 once more reflected the importance given to the Turkish market by taking part at KTM 2016. Stäubli will present its latest solutions in weaving at the show.
Stäubli representatives pointed out that Turkey is one of the most important centers of the textile industry which is developing and expanding day by day and stated that thanks to these kinds of exhibitions, the industry had the opportunity to catch a sharing platform.
Innovative Solutions

Frame Weaving: Stäubli dobbies can be adapted to the production of all fabric types, from basic fabrics to technical fabrics, double-pile fabrics and carpets. Stäubli offers an extensive range of shedding machines and accessories covering all fields of textile production. This includes cam motions, negative and rotary dobbies as well as high-performance harness motions and quick links.
Jacquard Weaving: All Stäubli Jacquard machines are suitable for weaving upholstery or towel fabrics, labels or especially other fabrics having complex patterns. The jacquard installations are completed with custom-made jacquard alignment.
Weaving Preparation: Automatic drawing-in machines enable fast and productive tool replacement thanks to drawing in the warp threads into healds and reed. Warp tying machines contribute to obtain more flexibility, productivity and weaving. UNI-LINK system for process optimization between warp beam stock and weaving machine assures quick style changes and optimizes the process realization.
Carpet Weaving: Schönherr carpet machineries provide maximum flexibility for the production of single or double sided carpets. Double carpet rapier weaving machines are fitted with Stäubli dobbies and jacquard machines.
