Main product groups of Stäubli include electronic jacquard machines allowing jacquard weaving, hook jacquard machines at various formats and equipment ensuring the connection between weaving processes. Stäubli offers its new products and solutions for the sector to the clients by taking part in global events. Stäubli which will participate at ITM 2013 to be held in İstanbul from 29 May to 1 June will exhibit several products of textile machinery series in its own booth. In the fair, while some machines will be exhibited in the mode of operation, the other will be exhibited in detail.
Products to be displayed by Stäubli in the fair include eccentric machines and dobby machines, electronic Jacquard machines and weaving preparation systems. In addition, the state-of-art electronic control solutions of Deimo will be displayed in the fair. At the same booth, information will be given about Schönherr carpet systems and ALPHA 500 which has been recently announced and distinguished carpet samples manufactured in ALPHA 400 series carpet weaving machines. Other samples of Stäubli products are jacquard machines, dobby machines and eccentrics and they will be exhibited at the halls of partners of Stäubli.
Rotary Dobby Machines Reduce Maintenance Cost
The new generation S3060/S3260 rotary dobby machines accompanied by the new evolutionary locking system will be exhibited in the fair. In addition to its developed locking system, the new S3060/S3260 electronic dobby machines allow for higher performance and a more superior reliability. The third generation S3060/S3260 rotary dobby machines are suitable for use in any kind of patterned fabrics. In this series, there are various dobby types matching with the performance of the weaving machine. While S3060 can be mounted to all types of rapier weaving machines, S3260 can be mounted to all types of air-jet weaving machine. These machines are equipped with a system reducing noise and vibration considerably. They have certain advantages including less maintenance, parts of superior quality, one-piece body, a significantly increased load capacity, flexibility and reliability.
Topmatic Technology will be presented in the fair
CX 172 model jacquard weaving machine which is used for names and patterns on the edges, strips and labels will be displayed with 72 hooks. Rapier, projectile, air-jet weaving machines and gripper shuttle looms constitute the usage areas of these machines. Topmatic warp tying machines are also among the technologies presented in the fair. These machines display high performance for all uses and provides maximum yield in warp change process. These warp tying machines can be used with all yarn types and minimise the duration of stop of the weaving machine with its tying quality. Being suitable for cotton, wool, silk, mixed yarns, filament yarns, monofilaments and technical yarns, these machines allow for automatic repeat at the maximum speed.
SX Model Jacquard Machines
As they provide unlimited design opportunities, jacquard machines have an important place in weaving industry. Products where jacquard weaving machines are used include tie, towel, dress, curtain, bed tick, lining, velvet and technical clothe. One of the most important machines introduced by the firm in this field is accepted to be SX jacquard machine. SX electronic jacquard machine to be exhibited by Stäubli in the fair can be used in air-jet, rapier and projectile weaving machines. All kinds of plain and towel fabrics can be used in these machines. Stäubli M6 triggers the hook and link connection occurs. As to electronic control, it is performed by Stäubli’s independent JC6 control unit which is synchronised with the weaving machine. Depending on the application, SX jacquard machine can be equipped with 1408 or 2688 hooks optionally. This machine whose maintenance is easy provides optimum insulation. With balanced lifting mechanism, this product also offers an easy and reliable access to machine settings.
