One of the most powerful firms of flat knitting sector, H. StollGmBh&Co. KG will display the innovations brought to the knitting technologies at ITMA Asia + CITME 2014. In the fair to be held on 16 – 20 June, it will display CMS ADF-3, CMS 830 C, CMS 502 HP, CMS 530 HP and the last developments in the Stoll software.
CMS ADF-3
Stoll targets to add a new dimension to the flat knitting sector with high performance and high efficiency with CMS ADF-3 to be displayed in the fair in operating state. Standing out with the ability of being used in the technical textile production in addition to intersia, CMS ADF-3 brings a new perspective to the flat knitting sector with direct yarn-fed shuttles motorized independently from the saddle. As the yarn feed of CMS ADF-3 is connected to one another from the upper parts unlike the classical HP series, the yarn is directly fed into the shuttle. In this way, the tension on the yarn is decreased and the balance is struck on the tension of the yarn during the right-hand and left-hand movements of the saddle. Therefore, the quality of the fabric is increased.
The developed shuttle system used in CMS ADF-3 can be controlled individually in a totally independent manner from the saddle through different engines. One of the most striking features of CMS ADF-3 is that it allows for operation with 32 shuttles in total together with 16 shuttles. Another feature of CMS ADF-3 is that radially located tracks prevent the differentiation of shuttles from tracks.
Equipped with the full-function 3 systems used in all Stoll machines, CMS ADF-3 provides maximum efficiency by uniting 32 shuttles in 2 systems and using the other system for transfer. Together with the developed new generation shuttles, the distance the shuttles can get close at maximum is made even shorter and efficient operation at very narrow areas is made possible. CMS ADF-3 will be displayed in operating state in the fair.
