Karl Mayer will introduce the advantages of the new generation electronic multibar raschel machine with ML 46 technology in ITM Texpo Eurasia Fair. Hosting its visitors in the Hall 12, stand 1202A, Karl Mayer will offer its innovative yarn equipments to the customers. Being the world leader in terms of warp knitting machines and warp preparation units, the firm explained that it will present its ML 46 technology which stands out in terms of different application fields and high efficiency to the customers at effective costs. Also displayed at ITMA Asia CTME held last year, the machine is expected to recieve attention from Turkish manufacturers. In the explanation made by the firm, it was stated that demands related to HKS 3-M machine would also be received except for ML 46.
Machine series including ML 34, ML 41 and ML 46 types created for lace market are the primary technologies with which the firm achieved success in the global arena. ML 46 which has successful mechanical properties is also followed closely by Turkish apparel manufacturers. Having high flexibility and comfort, ML 46 guarantees efficient production for lace products. The pattern comb concept which allows fro a maximum report width of 180 mm is among the most important features of the machine. ML 46 also provides a great freedom to lace manufacturers with a broad range of patterns that can be worked. Pattern guide bars driven by servemotors along with high operating reliability and low maintenance make the drive concept the trend of the future. Besides, touch screen modern control panel allows for access to all important data related to the machine and simplifies the use of the machine.
Quality and Efficiency are Prominent in ML Series
Karl Mayer guarantees efficiency, flexibility and quality product perception with its products offered to lace manufacturers in ML series. ML 46 which contains 42 pattern guide bars facilitates the production of narrow and moderately wide elastic lace stripes and all kinds of lace fabrics for apparel sector. It also provides sophisticated appearance and high quality applications. Technical features of ML 46 include individual needle bar, knockover comb bar, tongue bar, stationary stitch comb bar, 2 ground guide bars (GB1 and GB2) for stitch forming, 2 ground guide bars for elastane (GB52 and GB59) with a total of 42 pattern bars in 7 shogging lines wih 6 pattern bars.
Electronic comb panel found in EL Pattern unit facilitates applications for ground combs and pattern combs while up to 50 Positive Pattern Beam Drives (PDD) are available in the machine. Besides, Motion Control and Multispeed for the control of basic functions as well as the Pattern Control for the control of the ground guide bars, pattern guide bars and Jacquard bar also facilitate the use of machine for clients. USB port used for reading and writing pattern data, operator interface with color touchscreen for production data display, network Interface (Ethernet) for data display, Teleservice and integrated yarn inspection-Laserstop are the other features of the machine.
Trainings on ML 46 Continue
Karl Mayer which will show up at ITM with ML 46 machine continued giving trainings on the right use of the machine as of January 2013. The first training was held in September, 2012 in India and the one held in Germany was organised at Oberthausen Center with the participation of 200 people. Special trainings for lace manufacturers are given on a specially manufactured machine. The model machine on which the features of Multibar Raschel machine are taught completely ensures the manufacturers to follow the practices closely. In the trainings lasting for two weeks in English, Spanish and German, a platform is created to answer the questions of the sector representatives in a short time.
Malitronic Mutliaxial for Technical Textiles
Karl Mayer continues sharing its special works with the manufacturers at ITM Texpo Eurasia Fair. Being among the most important products of the firm, Malitronic® Multiaxial is defined as a successful machine used in the field of technical textiles. Developing solutions for technical textile manufacturers, Karl Mayer uses Malitronic Multiaxial machine series for processing carbon materials in the technical textiles unit.Malitronic Multiaxial C & L (cutting&furnishing) contain a furnishing module on it to process the carbon stripes spread from a flanged bobbin. While machine manufactures high quality multiaxial fabrics produced from heavy fiber rope, it has a processing technique increasing efficiency greatly in comparison to the traditional processes.
Focusing on increasing the efficiency and operation width by decreasing the energy consumption for an effective processing of heavy tows, Larl Mayer separated the spreading and textile production processes. The key point of this system is the Fibre Spreading Line (FSL). While FSL draws actively the carbon tapes from the bobbins found on creel, it homogenizes several cords for width and weight settings and winds by combining over double flanged bobbin. At the end of the process, a material of 600 mm wide at maximum is obtained and the yarn package starts feeding Malitronic® MULTIAXIAL C&L.
Efficient Warping Process from Multi-MATIC®
Karl Mayer offers new developments proving a balanced cost performance and working and first class renewable product quality in the segment of “Warp Preparation”. Allowing a production of 800m/min up to 128 yarns, the new yarn management system, Multi-MATIC® makes sample warping efficiently and flexibly. At the same time, it allows for producing the machine production warps at average operation time. With this development, Karl Mayer has built a bridge in the gap between GOM 24 and Nov-O-Matic. Multi-MATIC ® can process yarns 5 times faster than GOM 24 and larger samples can be produced. It can also process much more colors and what is the most important that it can work on different yarn materials.
Ensuring high saving in yarn and labor costs, Multi-Matic can change the colors of yarns in the warping drum even at high operation speed. Firstly introduced at ITMA Barcelona, the machine continues to be sold. Demanded by the Italian manufacturers, the machine is mostly used in processing the fashionable wool, silk and filament yarns in female outerwear. Displaying this machine in its operation mode on at Heimtextil Fair, Karl Mayer had informed guests about the technical properties of the machine with special presentations.
