Being one of the leading manufacturers of the world with its works for narrow fabric manufacturing, Jacob Müller, high model of the narrow fabric weaving looms series. With up to 384 harness passages and maximum pattern length with 6300 warps, NHJM2 53 can be used on elastic and non-elastic narrow fabrics with such woven patterns as warp effect name, logo and fashionable elements.
Fast Pattern Change
NHJM2 53 allows for using HMT and Z weaving systems thanks to its strong reed shafts having increased lifting force and extended nozzle. With the newly applied nozzle geometry, machine allows for the using of Standard Müller NF reeds and electronic shaft control allows for fast pattern change.
Having a programming controlled by a portable control device allowing for the direction of different machines, NHJM2 53 also consumes only 2kW energy as a result of the minimisation of the number of mechanical parts.
Renewed Technologies
Jakob Müller will also display the latest innovations in NH2 53, electronically controlled narrow fabric weaving machine; UV40-G220/H, automatic cutting machine; and DNB/EL-32 the double needle bearing warp knitting machine. NH2 53 that was renewed by Jakob Müller stands out with its LRK torque motor which takes its power directly from the loom without intermediate gears and belts. Besides, this technology is successful in terms of energy consumption and NH2 53 which can also be used for mono-filament weaving consumes less energy when compared to its rivals.
DNB/EL-32 which can operate with all kinds of yarns can reach different stitch intensities on the same product since its yarn feeders and end product take-down processes are electronically supported thanks to the wide operating width, 8 pattern guide springs and electronic control.
