Being one of the most important fair organisations in the field of technical textiles, Techtextil Frankfurt hosted important firms. Exhibiting its successful works in the field of narrow fabrics in the fair, Jacob Müller was appreciated by its clients. Introducing three new products in the fair, the firm offered NH2 53 electronically controlled narrow fabric loom, UV40-G220/H automatic cutting-to-length machine and COMEZ DNB/EL-32 electronically controlled, right-right warp crochet knitting machine for the use of professionals and buyers. Differently from other needle looms in the market, NH2 53 electronically controlled narrow fabric loom which has been equipped with new features has an LRK torque motor that powers the loom directly without intermediate gearings and belts. Yielding successful results in terms of energy consumption, this technology can also be used for monofilament weaving production. Another product displayed by Jacob Müller in the fair was UV40-G220/H. Produced in the plants of Jacob Müller in Germany; this technology is used in the production of belts and non-elastic tapes which are among the most important products of narrow weaving. In the technology where the cutting lengths are programmable up to 1000 mm, the process speed is determined to be 15 pieces/min.
DNB/EL-32 Is Used In Many Fields
In the new system developed by Comez, resistant fabrics suitable for technical usages are produced. The fabrics which can be used in the fields of sports, food, geotextile, automotive and construction can be produced COMEZ DNB/EL-32, electronically controlled, right-right warp crochet knitting machine. Besides, bandages, disposable clothes and pads used in the health sector can also be produced with this machine. Operating effectively in all kinds of yarn, COMEZ DNB/EL-32 has a wide working width and can be supplied at yarn counts between 5 and 20 n.p.i. Equipped with 8 pattern guide arcs, the machine is electronically controlled and can be obtained with by-pass platinum groups on demand. As processes are supported electronically in this technology, it is possible to work on the same product with different seam intensities (seam/cm) and different warp/weft and elasticity values. Distance between two needle plates is reported to be 20 mm in the machine which has a working width of 32 inch.
