UniShed2 Brings Innovations
Grosse, which worked successfully in 2011, exhibited UniShed2 with the highly demanding application of airbag weaving for the first time at ITMA Barcelona. This new generation UniShed2, which is used in the production of airbag fabrics that require high quality production processes, has 8 thousand hooks on it. This serie exhibited for the first time at ITMA 2007, gained its present ergonomic appearance after continuous improvements. It is stated that the efficiency of UniShed has been increased by 50 percent compared to the conventional jacquard machines.
In addition, at this fair held in September 2011, Grosse introduced electronic jacquard model EJP4 and the new C24 that meets the need for modern high speed weaving. The Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), the simple design of which uses a minimum number of moving mechanical parts and which ensures a hundred percent functional reliability in the weaving unit, has been used in here.
Today, with its more economical solutions that ensures high profitability, Grosse supplies complete jacquard weaving solutions to the textile manufacturers. With its worldwide network, the company also provides marketing and after sales services. Turkey, which is very strong in the automotive sector, is a very important location for the UniShed machines.
