Backcoating Machine; It is the machine that prepares the carpet for the tufting process by applying latex to the base of the carpet after the weaving process. The 3,4 and 5-unit machines produced by the company attract attention with their steeting systems and drying cylinders.
Carpet Shearing Machine; It performs the shearing of the pile of the carpet sent from the carpet backcoating machine. The machine that also includes a cleaning section, enables quality shearing with two heads right and left directions. Tha machine, that also has a safety sensor for the beginning of the batch, contributes to the cleaning process with its suction aspirators.
Carpet Cleaning Machine; The features of this machine that allows for the detailed cleaning of the carpet before feeding into the backcoating machine include; double stage cleaning, powerful aspiration system, tension system and digital operator panel.
Carpet Overedging Line; This line, which can operate by carrying out sewing on both sides at the same time and is adaptable to the other final finishing machines, can make sewing between 60 cm and 420 cm. The machine that also features a sensor system that stops the machine for the breakage of the thread, detects failures with its digital operator panel. The machine also has a spreading system, width cutting machine with suction fan and 4 m conveyor carrier band.
Combi Line; The machine that applies over lock or fringes on two short sides of the carpet at the same time, stands out with the synchronous operation of the sewing machines and the conveyor band, its sensor system that stops the machine for the breakage of the thread, operation with the digital operator panel and detection of the failures. Besides, the machine can be controlled manually for the ease of use.
Glue Line; The machine that allows the adhesion of the two short edges of the carpet at the same time, offers the Nordson brand American manufacture application system and the widened printing cabinet. The system that allows the synchronous operation of the printing cabinets and the conveyor band, is able to apply the adhesive and stop at the entrance of the machine with its sensor system.
