Dornier Will Display its Innovations at ITMA ASIA

As one of the strong manufacturers of German textile machine sector, Lindaur Dornier will take its place at ITMA-ASIA with its most advanced weaving machines. Dornier, which constantly develops its marketfields with its global structure, continues its production only in Germany. While the firm stands out with its new machines for technical textile and ready-wear garment manufacturers, it is a canditate to be one of the most visited firms in China. Focused on manufacturing in the field of technical textiles recently, Dornier will display its products in this field at stand F01 in Hall E3 at ITMA-Asia Fair.

Executives of the firm stated that they attach more importance to the Chinese market due to the 12th five-year development plan of China and they want to achieve perfection in their final products with their experiences and knowledges. Continuing its weaving machine production by focusing on technical textiles, Dornier will mainly display PTS 4/S20 C type Rapier in China.

PTS 4/S20 C Type Rapier for Technical Fabrics

PTS 4/S20 C type rapier weaving machine that Dornier developed for filter fabric has a nominal width of 220 cm. Airjet and rapier weaving machines which are adaptable to the particular needs of customers can produce complex technical textile fabrics. The firm will display samples of thick filtered fabric, multi-wrap fabric and thick monofilament fabrics with various diameters in the fair.

Apart from this, airjet weaving machine A1 AWS 8/S G having a nominal width of 220 cm requested by firms manufacturing in garment industry will also be displayed in the fair. AWS 8/J G airjet weaving machine enables to produce high quality jacquard fabrics with its rate of 900 rpm and nominal width of 190 cm.

Another product to be introduced to the Asian manufacturers is Dornier’s new, pioneering and patented driver concept, SyncroDrive®. It stands out as one of the most important components of new application systems. These weaving machines also stand out with their dynamic designs directed at manufacturers’ demands on machines. The CEO of the firm, Peter D. Dornier, made an assessment about the organisation. Stating that they exert a great deal of effort for general competence in technical textile field, Dornier emphasized that, in this respect, they will accelerate their acvities directed at the Asian region.
