Morrison Textile Machinery's development in Machine Sales Chart in the last quarter of 2013 continues to increase in 2014. American-based company is increasing its market share every day with denim preparation, dyeing and finishing technologies as well as the other technologies developed in the fields of weaving preparation and accessories. According to the data of the last six months, Morrison sold its smachines especially for denim fabric manufacturers including such countries as Turkey, Thailand, China, Bangladesh and Pakistan.
Abateks Textile, GAP Southeast Textile and DNM Textile, the last one is operating in Egypt under the umbrella of Eroglu Holding, are among the companies that Morrison makes sales in Turkey. Abateks Textile has ordered Morrison 36 rope Indigo Rope Dying Machine. The Model, which has all types of flexibility, is offered with lots of new features such as Spectrum™ Dye Boxes and Mvx Nip assemblies. Abateks added also Morrison MDS450 Model Rope Winding Machine and MDS550 Model Rope Opener machine in its order. The efficiency of rope opening machines maximized with Smart Stop™/ Smart Lease™ technologies were improved with warpers and reverse winding accumulator. GAP Southeast Textile and DNM Textile were among the firms which have ordered Morrison Rope Winding Machine and MDS550 Rope Opening Machine from Turkey.

Atlantic Mills (Thailand) has ordered Morrison’s Integrated Denim Finishing Range. This range includes S8 Compressive Shrinking Unit with automatic rubber belt compression control and GrindVAC™ vacuum system to capture belt by-product when dressing the rubber belt. There is also Morrison On Call (M.O.C.) which is a smart Web-Base remote access device allowing Morrison engineer’s single-click diagnostic access to the machines worldwide.
GuangzhouChuangHao Textile, which performs in China, has ordered Morrison Sanforizing Range. Each machine has such features as multi pass moisturizer and automatic rubber belt compression control. Morrison Machinery, which stands out with its innovations for Indigo and denim textile processes, announced that Denim Range will be installed for two Bangladeshi firms. Ha Meem Denim, one of these two firms, will purchase Morrison Integrated Finishing Range as fourth range in its current structure. Another firm, Square Denims chose Morrison for its new production range to be installed near Dakka. The firms purchased 32 rope S250 indigo rope dye range including the newly designed spectrum dye box and mvx nips and process control unit, and Integrated denim finishing range, MDS450 model rope winding machines and MDS550 model rope opening machines with creels. In addition, Morrison announced that the last sale of the first quarter of 2014 will be made to Diamond Fabrics which will operate in Lahore, Pakistan. Diamond Fabrics has ordered 36 Rope Indigo Dyeing range.
