While maintaining its service quality for 35 years with its dynamic and innovative structure, ARTA Tekstil continuously pursues the developments globally and increases its efficiency by optimizing the machines in its production line with the focus of developing technologies. ARTA Tekstil, which has been continuing its works on preventive maintenance systems recently; aims to commission warning systems associates with the data it collects from all critical machines in quality, speed and energy parameters by the second half of 2023. While aiming to reach optimum solutions after mathematically modeling the data it collects, ARTA Tekstil aims to fully automate the operation of the learning algorithms system in the following stages. Arif Nalbant, Co-Founder of the ARTA Tekstil, said the following about the subject, “It takes 5-7 years on average for the machinery technologies to go through R&D and to reach a usable level. We are constantly striving to optimize our systems with the most up to date and the state of the art technologies. Also, we are compiling our efforts to develop a system of learning algorithms to achieve zero error. The warning systems which we will commission by the second half of this year will also be an important step we take for the future.”
Implementing Always the Most Advanced Technology for Excellent Service
Currently, ARTA Tekstil continues to serve its customers with a total of 98 machines as dye-printing process, including 30 special for woven fabric line, 17 special for knitting, and 51 suitable which accommodates both 2 lines. While emphasizing on their ongoing works which focuses on development efforts while maintaining the production, ARTA Tekstil Founding Partner Arif Nalbant said, “We always strive to provide the fastest solutions at the highest quality to our customers. Especially since 2015, we have been working with the aim of keeping our machinery park up-to-date constantly in terms of technology, with the major emphasis which was given on energy efficiency and fabric criteria’s as well. Also In line with this, at the recent 2023 ITMA Milano fair; we achieved new contacts on raw fabric, image processing systems in process control and end control, systems which can minimize automatic packaging and fabric waste, water recovery systems and systems to increase energy efficiency.”
Delivery Times Will Be Shortened With Optimization Studies
ARTA Tekstil, which produces 4 million meters of woven fabric and 900 tons of knitted fabric on a monthly basis by performing pre-treatment, dyeing, printing and finishing processes, aims to increase its production speed with its work on learning algorithms as well. While focusing on production scheduling optimization, the company aims to shorten the delivery time as well, which carries as high importance as the quality and cost, together with optimization and digitalization efforts. Nalbant said, “We aim to easiness the work of our customers by shortening the delivery times. For this, we plan to actively use robot systems as well in packaging and shipping areas in the coming period. Also, we focus on P&D and R&D studies as well, as we anticipate significant opportunities which may cross our path in industrial textiles in the future.”
