The company, which has achieved a machinery investment in rotation printing with a value of 650 thousand dollars, in steaming with 400 thousand dollars and in digital pigment printing with 100 thousand dollars, is now aiming to increase its annual turnover at around 15 million dollars as well which successfully expanded its capacity by 500 thousand meters per month and 5-6 million meters per year.
Within the framework of its dynamic and innovative production approach, ARTA Tekstil, which provides services at high quality and speed to its customers with a monthly production of 4 million meters of dyed, printed and coated woven fabric and 900 tons of knitted fabric, in a current machinery park of 80 million dollars, enhances its capability with its new machinery investment. The company, which has achieved approximately 1 million 150 thousand dollars new machinery investment, aims to increase its annual production capacity by 5-6 million meters. While mentioning about the importance of the new machinery in terms of fast and quality production, Arta Tekstil Founding Partner Arif Nalbant said, “We will raise the bar in service quality which we will provide to our customers with our rotary printing, steaming and digital pigment machines that will contribute to our printing and printed fabric sales as contract manufacturing. Our expectation from this machinery, which will increase our production by 500 thousand meters per month and an average of 5-6 million meters per annum, to increase our turnover by 15 million dollars as well.”
Production Volume Expands and Quality Increases
ARTA Tekstil, which achieves production in woven fabric around 4 million meters and in knitted fabric around 900 tons on a monthly basis by carrying out pre-treatment, dyeing, printing and finishing processes, is now growing its production volume by 500 thousand meters more per month with its new machinery investment. In the existing machinery park, the company has 98 machines for many processes such as batch opening, bleaching, pad-batch, e-control, pad-steam, digital printing, rotational printing, stenter, steaming, flash-ager and sanforizing, is now strengthening its production lines with the state-of-the-art machinery which are in line with rotary printing, steaming and digital pigment printing. While talking about the machinery which can cover themselves in terms of cost in between 2-2.5 years, Nalbant, “Our investments which are directed at our existing production areas such as rotation printing machine for pigment and reactive disperse printing, steaming machine for post-printing physical processses, and pigment digital printing machinery investment to print digital patterns on all kinds of fabrics with pigment dyes will ease of our operations. Thanks to our state-of-the-art machines, we will be able to print patterns up to 9 colors with higher precision and faster.” While emphasizing on the machinery which will contribute to the increase in production by 20 thousand meters per day, Nalbant, “We are a manufacturer that pursue current technologies and trends and since our new machines have roller controls with which can help us to make precise speed adjustments, it will be easier for us to print complex patterns and the paint transfer will be more homogeneous with the magnet bar. Thus, while our production volume will increase on a monthly basis which will increase the speed of the service we provide.”
