One of the most important weaving manufacturers of Italy, Comez has a powerful position in the global market with its needle narrow weaving machines and electronic jacquard needle looms. Comez manufactures machines which are multi-functional, provide high efficiency and are easy to use with its wide range of products. Comez has been continuing its implementation activities with Jakob Müller AG since 2012. These two brands will exhibit their new machines at Hall 3, booth no J06 at Techtextil 2013 fair to be held in Frankfurt on 11-13 June. With Comez’s machines, tapes, fabrics, 3D fabrics, plain/simple knits used in many applications in various sectors including medical, geo-textile, construction, automotive, industry, transport, sports and recreation and furniture.
Opportunity of Applying Special Effects on Fabrics
Offering ideal solutions for production of technical textiles, Comez uses special yarns that can be processed reliably with its machines and a high level efficiency can be achieved by preserving the high operating speed. These yarns include natural yarns like wool and cotton, special yarns like Kevlar, aramid and glass fibers and copper and zinc yarns. Machines of the brand can manufacture closed and open tricots at a wide interval and closed and open warp knitting. This gives dimension stability and three dimensionality to fabric. Thanks to the use of driver system of Comez, special effects and various pattern repeats can be obtained through stable and proper yarn feeding.
Technical Fabric Production with Innovative Machine
In the new system developed by Comez, resistible fabrics can be manufactured for technical uses. Production of fabrics used in the fields of sports, food, industry, geo-textile, automotive and construction can be made through electronic double needle bearing warp knitting machine COMEZ DNB/EL-32. Besides, bandages used in the medical sector, disposable clothes, sanitary pads are included in the production segment of the machine. Operating effectively with all kinds of yarns, COMEZ DNB/EL-32 can be supplied at a broad operating width and at fineness degrees between 5 and 20 n.p.i. Equipped with 8 pattern guide springs and electronic control, the machine can be supplied with by-pass platinum groups on demand. As yarn feeders and end product take-down processes are supported electronically, it is possible to operate on different warp/weft feeding and elasticity values with different sewing intensities on the same product. The machine which has 12 inch operation width has a 20 mm distance between two needle bearings.
