CLX/EL 500-700, developed by Comez, which exports more than 90 percent of its production to the markets on 5 continents, is used in the prodcution of shoulder straps, laces, rigid or elastic ribbons of a maximum width of 170 mm or 270 mm. In addition to this machine that can be adapted to any production need, CLX/EL 850 is efficient in the production of bands of a maximum width of 310 mm. The weft insertion needles of this machine are made with innovative materials.
Comez has developed different models equipped with 2 to 10 heads, with ribbon guide roller width of up to 310 mm and with dobby unit with 8 to 20 heald frames, designed to allow easy and precise heald frame adjustment. COMEZ CLX/EL has been equipped with a new controller, which manages all machine functions, displays production stoppage causes and allows for the programming of numerous electronically controlled devices and for the monitoring of production data. Thanks to the electronic energy, the feeding of the weft and catch threads is very accurate and uniform. Consequently the machine’s stop times are limited and the defects on the finished product are reduced. All these ensure a significant increase in the loom efficiency.
High Performance in Jacquard Weaving with MCJ/EL 700/384
MCJ/EL 700/384 the high performance electronic jacquard needle loom developed by Comez offers options both in narrow and elastic weaving. The machine allows narrow fabric production personalised with special inscriptions or intricate patterns in the products such as laces, ribbons, articles for corsetry and ribbons for technical applications.
MCJ/EL 700/384 derives from the innovative point of view of Comez. The machine offers the renewal of mechanical parts, elimination of the dobby unit, application of innovative electronics with new hardware and software, a lean and robust structure that is easy to use and simplifies maintenance operations, smooth operation with noise reduced to a minimum and complete absence of vibrations and high productivity and reliability. The machine with ribbon guide roller width of up to 90 mm, can be equipped with 4 to 8 heads and is available in different models.
The dobby unit has been eliminated on this new needle loom. All yarns used (pattern, elastic and/or binding threads) are controlled by a new electronic jacquard head with 384 hooks. Consequently a leaner and more compact structure that is easy to threas is created. Since the elimination of the dobby unit also results in the elimination of the link chain, article change times and costs are reduced.
The patterns shaped by the machine, can be programmed and created using the exclusive textile software of Comes. There are wide range of binding systems and many types of feeders for weft and warp threads, catch threads, elastic threads and special yarns in MCJ/EL 700/384.
