In the event, the new ReNOIR pigment digital printing technology developed by Reggiani was introduced to the visitors. ReNOIR clearly meets the high quality and efficient pigment printing needs of the textile sector. ReNOIR which allows for long-term and high-speed printing with user friendly machine management and Pigment-ONE application developed for textile applications attracted the attention of the visitors with their high quality and performance during SGIA fair.
Production Process Which Does Not Necessitate Steaming and Washing
Focusing on finding positive solutions in all stages of the process, Reggiani conducts works in all stages of the printing process including the fixation and finishing phases. Having developed a simpler process which does not require steaming and washing at the end of these works, Reggiani reduces process steps with this technology and allows for significant savings in terms of water, energy, space and pollution. The newly developed pigment technology provides savings in terms of time and cost but the printing quality is not reduced.
