Stating that they will participate in KTM 2014 with new products which will make a difference and provide a great deal of earnings for the investors in the sector, Mr. Hocaoğlu said that "Rotation Printing Machine modification applications will exhibited as one of the most important products. Our customers can carry a great deal of interest and amortize their investments by increasing their production quality thanks to the units that we have manufactured and developed in order to increase the performance of the machines. The applications that are made by using beam centering unit, edge spreader unit, loadcell and brush dedusting units that we produce created the effect we targeted in a relatively short time. In accordance with Effe service policy, we continue our R&D and P&D studies in order to update our valuable products which will meet all kinds of needs.
High Efficiency Cabinet Dryers
Thanks to the collaboration with Austrian MHMS Solutions KG, Effe is proud of offering a new source of earnings in the sector by adding the production of rotary screen printing machine drying cabinet to its product range as of the year 2014. As a result of the joint work, the significant increases were recorded in the energy costs and production capacity of the drying cabinets. Stating that many customers have started to change the high energy cost and low production capacity of cabinet dryers of rotary printing machines with new generation cabinet dryers providing maximum efficiency and minimum energy, Mr. Hocaoğlu said that this study will make difference like the other ones and it will contribute to the development of Effe and the customers will gain as well. Mr. Hocaoğlu added that they will present applications for digital printing machines as well as cutting-sewing machines for fringes in KTM 2014.
More Economical Products
Nejat Hocaoğlu said that: "What makes Effe Endüstri favourite is its products which can be produced only by a few companies around the world and require know-how in the production. These products can be produced with domestic capital 100 % and offered to the investor in a more economical way. The plants using Effe products will amortize their investment costs and their product quality will also increase.
Electrostatic Filter Project
There are various projects for which R & D studies are conducted in order to reach more efficient results. Among the projects, there are hydraulic cylinder and Path Batch dyeing unit as well as ESF (Electrostatic Filter Project) which will be applied with flue gas heat recovery system. Conducting studies in the field of environmental protection having become a legal requirement within the framework of the European Union harmonization legislation, Effe has developed this system applied as a system integrated with flue filter system to be used in order to clean exhaust gases resulting from ram and printing machines.
Regarding this subject, stating that they will ensure that the waste exhaust gas is filtered and they also use the air which is necessary for ram machine by using the hot air resulting from the ram machine and discharged into the atmosphere, Mr. Hocaoğlu said that: "According to the situation of the enterprises, it will be possible to provide hot water production by using waste hot air. Our cooperation with İstanbul Technical University and experienced international companies continues and we will present the first applications to our customers in a short time.”.
