PİMMS, Turkey representative of Mimaki which manufactures digital printing machines for the textile industry, introduced new UV printing machine MIMAKISIJ-320 UV roll-to-roll at Sign Istanbul Fair. Also introducing the special dyes and software manufactured by Mimaki, PİMMS shared the licences which are issued by the international accreditation agencies and do not contain carcinogenic agents, are harmless to human health and more environment friendly with the visitors.
TS300P new sublimation printing machine of Mimaki has such features as four print-heads using a total of 3200 nozzles and generating three different drop sizes, automatically determined by ink type and print mode. The heads place dots accurately, even when the head gap is high. The sublimation printer TS300P uses inkjet technology to print on very lightweight transfer paper. Using lightweight transfer paper keeps the running costs low, while the powerful vacuum feed platen reduces cockling. In addition, the roll-to-roll printer can run at up to 115 m2 per hour–1 for four-colour printing; 62 m2 per hour–1 for six-colour printing.
SIJ-320UV LED Roll to Roll
Running up to 110 m2 per hour, the roll-to-roll wide format printer SIJ-320UV LED was introduced to the market with newly developed dye LUS 120. Standing out with such features as MAPS, MFD1, NCU and NRS, SIJ-320UV LED printing machine allows simultaneous printing on two rolls, up to a maximum mountable media width of 152 cm for each roll.
Among the other printing solutions introduced in the industrial printing machinery group, there are UJF 3042 and 6042 desktop printers having unlimited production skills and offered with a printing apparatus KEBAP 360 as an option. UJF 3042 can print on all materials up to 150 millimetres thick and it has 1,440 x 1200 dpi and 720 × 600 dpi print resolution for different production modes. UJF 6042, which can print on 610 × 420 millimetres, offers 1800 x 1800 dpi resolution in high resolution mode in order that the producers can acquire high quality print.
Solvent Printing Group
Introduced by PİMMS, JV150 series offer the best solution with its droplet size ranging from 4 to 35 picoliter for those who want high quality and who demand printing at high speeds. JV150 series also offer 1440 dpi resolution printing quality with a maximum speed 56.2 m2 per hour. JV300 series, which is introduced in solvent printing group, meets the needs of industry with 1440 dpi resolution and a maximum speed up to 105.9 square meters per hour.
In SUV printing machine group, JV400 SUV 160 printing machine can be used without requiring lamination in indoor and outdoor prints, industrial label printers and vehicle coating with special dying technology belonging to Mimaki. Using latex dye, JV400 LX 160 printing machine stands out with the ability to achieve 98% coverage of PANTONE Colours thanks to its ability to print with white, green and orange dyes as well as CMYK colours.
Routers and Laminating Machines
Multifunctional cutting machine, which is manufactured by Germany origin VHF developing CNC milling machines, CNC controllers and software tools, can run in cutting processes for commercial and industrial areas on professional products. The laminating machine introduced by PİMMS stands out with its hot / cold laminating feature and it saves space with this compact structure.
Print & Cut Group
MIMAKI CJV150 and MIMAKI CJV300, which is an integrated print & cut machine for the advertising practices, banners, stickers and canvas prints, can perform simultaneously printing and cutting operations. Offering print speeds up to 56.2 square meters per hour, CJV 150 series received the award "Best Print & Cut Solution" at FESPA 2015 by EDP which is one of Europe's most prestigious printing awards.
Special Dye Group
PİMMS introduced not only solvent, eco-solvent, UV, SUV, latex, water based and textile dyes but also dye group responding to all the needs of industrial printing and textile printing industry. PİMMS will introduce the solvent dyes group offering BS3, SS21 and ES3 silver and white ink options and UV dye group including F-200 flexible UV inks, LF-140 and LH-100 hard UV LED inks, Primer (primer) and Clear (Lak) inks allowing printing on glass and metal materials.
Licenses and Software
PİMMS introduced licences given to Mimaki by International accreditation organizations and it introduced Software of MİMAKİ which can be purchased or offered as free with MİMAKİ printing machines. Raster Link 6 and the Turkish version of the RIP, which is the best-selling software of MİMAKİ and the innovations of ARITOS were exhibited. TX Link 3 RIP software produced by ErgoSoft and used for textile printing machines, FINE CUT software installed by PİMMS, and MIMAKI COLOUR EMULATOR which provide opportunities to synchronize the different machine in a different colour gamut and thus enables the adoption of the same print in different printing environment, were also introduced.
