Mesdan SpA, which was purchased by Savio last year, has introduced its latest technologies. Producing knotters and test instruments for textile laboratories, Mesdan was founded in 1952, Italy. The firm, which operates in the sector with many innovations in the field of yarn technologies, is well known in the textile industry with its Jointair ®, Aquasplicer ®, Hot Jointair ® and MoistAir ® systems.
AQUA-LAB
AQUA-LAB, which was developed for using in moisture and recovery measurement in fibre and yarn packages, stands out with its measurement speed. AQUA-LAB, which has such features as high reproducibility of the results, does not require any calibration, preparation or sample weighing for measurement. There are no special environmental conditions for AQUA-LAB, which automatically measures vapour recovery through the software it has and makes calculations of the commercial parameters as statistical analyses. Consuming 0.125 kW, AQUA-LAB provides a great deal of savings compared to traditional oven which consumes 10kw electric.
H.T. AUTO- DYEING
Producing pilot-scale dyeing samples for dyeing plants, H.T. AUTO-DYEING is capable of stimulating all phases in the dyeing process from pre-treatment to washing. In H.T. AUTO-DYEING where all parameters can be programmed, there are 60 different dyeing programs including the automatic dosage. In addition, H.T. AUTO-DYEING which allows for measurements with ratios from 1:5 to 1:20 depending on GSM of the fabric ensures perfect repeatability for single bath and reproducibility between delta (<0ç4 CMC 2:1) and RFT (> 95 %) baths.
