Schoch's Itema Acquisition
ITMACH is the first official platform to introduce Indian textile industry stakeholders to the new partnership between Itema and Schoch, the leading manufacturer of weaving and accessories for textile looms in Italy and India with a majority stake in Itema. Following the acquisition of majority shares in Lamiflex, which was completed in 2017, the establishment of Itematech was terminated with the agreement with PTMT (formerly known as Panter). The agreement signed with the Schoema group is an important step in the synergistic development of the Itema Technical Textiles Division and the accessories of weaving machines, as well as in the remarkable consolidation of the Schoch commercial network.
