Effe Makine Endüstri Ticaret A.Ş. which was established in partnership with Celal İri, Chairman of the Governing Board of Effe Endüstri Otomasyon A.Ş., will carry out the sales, marketing and other commercial activities for the products branded Effe both at home and abroad. Effe Makine Endüstri Ticaret A.Ş., which will also operate as the distributor and agency of certain foreign companies supplying machines, spare parts and services in Turkey, had completed its agency arrangements in about 18 countries by January 2015.

EF-CTR Disc Type Edge Trimming Unit
EF-CTR Disc Type Edge Trimming Unit is a system that ensures fabrics with starched or unstarched edges are cut in desired amount at the chain outlets of the stenter machine or levelled open width sanforizing machine under the control of optical reader. Since the machine can operate in synchronization with the machine chain speed, it can be operated independently. It is generally operated by assembling on the machinery outlet rails.
Having the feature of being operated fully independently in optional applications, EF-CTR minimises waste since selvedge cutting occurs after the fabric is taken apart from the pins completely. Even if selvedge cutting process is interrupted by any factors and the width of the fabric at the machine outlet gets narrower or larger, the cutting process continues owing to the automatically controlled photocell system.

EF-CTR-M Middle Edge Trimming Unit is used for cutting the synthetic fabrics and tulle or nonwoven fabrics at the desired width from the middle or from different parts in stenter machine, ball winding machine or quality control machines. Conducting the selvedge cutting of the fabrics starched and dried in the levelled dryers before the chain input of the open width sanforizing machine ensures energy saving and increase in production.
Printing Machines Rotation Applications
Effe increases the competitiveness of its clients by contributing to the increase in the production quality with applications offered for the solution of the problems resulting from the stretching of the sensitive knitted fabrics, in particular, in the rotation print machines where pigment and reactive printing applications are carried out. In the application, units and PLC software designed and produced by Effe are used.
With the applications, it becomes possible to transfer all kinds of sensitive knitted fabrics to the printing blanket without tension. Unlike many other rotation machines of different brands where such applications are carried out, there is no need for a control or inspection at the fabric entrance of the machine, which leads to saving in terms of personnel.
