HeiQ, which conducts studies in order to reduces the damages caused by high water and energy consumption, waste water burden, and up to 4kg CO2 emission per kilogram of textile used during the standard polyester dyeing process. Furthermore, DYEFAST increases the productivity on existing dyeing equipment without having to change dye recipes and significantly lowers the overall process costs. Moreover, DYEFAST provides enhanced color leveling and reduced risk of spotting and it also assists in improving product quality and decreasing the level of rejects and waste.
Nano Pigment Dyeing Technology
DYEFAST provides significant cost savings by using conventional dyeing methods with nano pigment dyeing technology.
