Having reinforced its position within the market with its solutions for the needs of textile dye houses, Enmos continuously expands its production segment. The production fields of the company include; Controllers as Textile Dyeing Machines, Laboratory Machines, Tumble Dryers, Industrial Laundry Machines, Stone Wash Machines and Piece of Fabric Dyeing Machines, Sensors for Fluid Level Control and Seams Detection, Softare as Dyehouse Monitoring Software Program, Liquid Chemical Automation Distribution System, Salt-Soda-Sulfate Automation Distribution System and Powder Paint Weighing and Solving System. Meral Doğan, Sales and Marketing Manager of Enmos, gave important information both about their production segments and ITM 2012, which they participated in.
Doğan stated that they’ve been active in the market since 2004 and that they continue to offer creative solutions to the industrial automation sector. Meral Doğan underlined that they aim to spread the solutions both at home and in abroad and added; “Our company carries out the works necessary in the field of industrial automation, in which we rely on outside sources due to the high R&D costs in our own country.”
Enmos Offers Solutions for the Future
Emphasizing that Enmos’ capacity is in a continuous expansion, Doğan said; “With the new technologies, we continue to operate in line with the sector’s requirements and we shape our investment in the same direction. We actively carry out our work in all fields from the design of the company to the production. With technological hardware and software systems, we, as Enmos, offer solution to the future automation needs of a dyehouse.”
Textile Plays an Important Role in the Turnover
Meral Doğan shared important information also about the market areas and emphasized that they’ve based their marketing system on dealership and agency. Doğan added that Enmos makes 30 percent of its turnover from the exports. “When we look at the sales figures of 2011, we see that a great deal of our tunover comes from the textile enterprises. And the initial reason for this is the fact that Enmos provides – with a partnership approach - the end-users with service and software support. Besides, with Focus BI buseiness intelligence, we minimize the workload that can not be predicted by many businesses today and we ensure a complete business control. While just minimizing the number of prescriptions provides a great convenience, we can even follow the order from sales to the stock through the Focus BI monitoring software,” said Doğan.
Doğan reminded that their most significant customers are the textile dyehouses, dyeing machines and finishing machines manufacturers. Doğan added that with their general automation, data monitoring softwares and solutions, they meet various industrial requirement. Doğan stated that with Scada software, through which the finishing department is monitored and the amount of the consumption items, the basic prerequisite for energy monitoring, is reduced, they attracted the interests of many companies. Doğan also added that the control computer Simpex 640, which is Indusoft certificated system integrator, has been certified as an industrial computer.
“ITM Met Our Expectations”
Doğan made evaluations about ITM, held on April 21-24, and said that ITM Texpo 2012 was a successful fair for them. Doğan added that they established relationships at home and abroad. Doğan continued by saying; “Our booth at the fair attracted great interest. The innovations we offered received positive feedbacks from the visitors. Our Liquid Chemical Automation system, also known as ‘Profix-C’ was exhibited in its new design. The interest shown, turned out to be an income as a result of the sales agreements we made. We had high expectations regarding ITM 2012, and we found what we expected from the fair.”
Organization should Be More Vibrant
Doğan argued that innovations should be brought in ITM fairs and reminded that the fair should have a structure that can meet the demands. Doğan also emphasized that revitalizing the organization, will increase the awareness in terms of the business within the sector. Doğan argued that after a successful fair, the participants will surely want to take part in the fairs in every period. “We believe that the success of a fair shows itself if it is made sure that the visitors attending the fair this year, will eagerly participate in the upcoming fairs and if the participants make bookings for the next event before the fair ends. As a domestic manufacturer that trusts the stength of the textile industry of Turkey, we always waiting for the better and this shows how high our objectives are,” said Doğan.
Finally, Doğan mentioned the company’s aims for the upcoming years and said; “We will bring every textile company that has investment plans for the future and wants to ensure continuity, with the innovations of Enmos and we will create tailor-made solutions.” Doğan finished by saying; “Our aims for 2012 and 2013 include offering our complete solutions to the needers and increasing the export share of the Turkish textile sector by promoting overseas initiative process rapidly.”
