Re-designing all the mechanical parts of Automatic Needle Exchanger 2.0 that it offered to the service of the sector in 2013, Autefa has increased the number of needling to 1500 per hour by increasing its working speed by 4 times.
Thanks to the system developed and the needle bearing which has reached a capacity of more than 10 thousand needles, Automatic Needle Exchanger 2.0 can reach high speeds owing to its width of 2000 mm x 400 mm as well as its Variliptic drive system. Capable of adapting to the belts of all manufacturers thanks to the 7 needling belts on it, Automatic Needle Exchanger can also be manufactured at different sizes depending on the requests of the manufacturers.
Smart Systems
Automatic Needle Exchanger conducts needle exchange automatically in all needles above the belt or in all areas defined by the manufacturer without any limitations on the needle density, design and type. Besides thanks to the smart system on the machine, it detects and changes the broken or damaged needles. Automatic Needle Exchanger can store all the information regarding the production process in its database and ensures that the errors in the production are removed.
Allowing the manufacturers to create detailed users profiles with respect to the needle loom and needle belts, Automatic Needle Exchanger ensures that needle exchange intervals are optimized and needle costs are reduced.
