One of the leading manufacturers of test materials and technologies, James Heal has brought a new approach to the textile laboratories with the new GyroWash technology. Used to determine the washing, dry cleaning and colour fastness to chlorinated water, Gyrowash carries out tests in compliance with both the European (ISO) and American (AATCC) standards.
In GyroWash where two stainless steel test vessels of 500 ml (ISO) and 1299 ml (AATCC) sizes, test vessels can be placed easily owing to the mechanism developed. Facilitating the loading and unloading of the vessels considerably in this way, GyroWash has a global seal resistant against detergent, dry cleaning solvents and chlorine. One of the most outstanding features of GyroWash series is the special and suitable test vessel preparation available on the upper surface of the machine. By this means, the vessels can be put in the specially designed drainage shelf when they are not used.
User Friendliness
Equipped with the multi-functional UniController™ that can be controlled with more ease, GyroWash enables the user to program the time and temperature parameters easily. With the temperature measurement that can be adjusted either to Centigrade or Fahrenheit, countdown timer, rotational speed indicator and the feature of initiating the machine automatically when a certain temperature is reached, GyroWash was designed resistant to all kinds of abrasion.
Two different models of GyroWash are available. 1315/8 model has eight big or small test vessels while 1215/20 model can hold twenty big or small vessels. These vessels are also flexible enough to allow the user to combine different sizes.
