At the 4th R&D Project Market organized under the cooperation of Kahramanmaraş Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KMTSO) and Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University, the products developed by the textile engineering students were exhibited. In the event held in the lounge of KMTSO, the snapsuit changing color according to the body temperature of the babies developed by Fatma Demirel, 4th grade student in the department of textile engineering in KSÜ, as thesis stood out among the other 41 projects.
Fatma Demirel said that she used dyes which change color according to the heat of clothes and she added that: "There are lots of parents who cannot realize the fever of the baby. As a result, unfortunately, many babies can face various health problems. Therefore, we have developed this project. I think that our study will be beneficial for the health. Now, parents can understand the high body temperature by looking at the color of the clothes".
