The representatives of Dilo Group, presented a highly functional needling line to visitors in ITMA 2019 in a stand of 1.150 m2, besides demonstrating various innovations, continuing developments, R&D works, pilot studies and representations of needling technology.
Vibrating Channel Feeder
Modified vibrating channel feeder FRS-P, unites tool box and thin opening layer in low height, and facilitates the job for the later coming dredging machine. Also homogenizes the quality of the web, by enabling longitudinal and crossed metering via the innovated front opening degree. VQC dredging machine, presents a lot of configuration options which covers all demands of web forming, including the randomized dredging technology.
HyperLayer
HyperLayer applies the latest techonolofy of crossed lapping in the highest speed and highest accuracy. Now it is possible to reach the spped of 200 m/dk even for small pieces of 4 m.
Focusing on HyperLayer as a technique of web forming, for the production of modern nonwoven surface fabrics was also among the favtors that grabbed attention.
Industry 4.0
Industry 4.0 that is widely discussed is also presented with various modules and factors and received appreciation.
The CEO of Dilo Group Johann Phillip Dilo expressed as such regarding Industry 4.0: “Our innovations proved themselves and determined new trend setting standards"
3D-Lofter
Another important event became the presentation of 3D Lofter which enabled the single web production unit to control the placement of fibers any place in the felt bad. This technology which has been used in automobile parts, furnishings, ready to wear, shoe industry, hygiene and filtering environments, is now ready to be used as a patterning vehicle for floor covering. In various practice fields that use nonwovens as ready-to-use parts, controlled fiber distribution lowers the cost and weight of fibers.
8000X
Latest needle patterning development, needle distribution scheme, " 8000X", homogenizes the needle distribution and is integrated into Hyperpunch “6000X” which is also demonstrated in ITMA.
Needle patterns 6000X and 8000X, just as being necessary for automobile mantling and artificial leather, are also needed for the production of very homogene flets and higher parts. Being the result of long innovations, 8000X represents a milestone by resolving the needle prints on the material. No other pattern is capable to distribute the needlework that well and reach the highest advancement by hit.
Intense Needling
The reproduction of light felts in an energy conversion and less costly way through "intense needling" creates hope for the applications in the fields of medicine and hygiene.
