In Techtextil which brought together the technical textile sector on 4-7 May, Monforts presented its coating and finishing solutions such as Montex Allround modular coating head developed for technical textiles and nonwoven sectors.
Monforts developed Montex Allround, which is modular, changeable coating system, for manufacturers who want to make large-scale production with flexible manufacturing technologies. Patented Montex Allround offers advantages with its flexibility in technical textile coatings and it can be easily and quickly changed thanks to its specially designed chassis. Therefore, the machine can be adapted to different applications and the head can be easily cleaned outside the machine.
Tension-Free Coating
Montex Allround has cutter for flexure, gravure and rotary-screen printing and it has also special modules for powder dispensing spray with slot die coating modules. In such cases when the fabrics are treated or the toxic solvents are used, the unit can be closed with a special case. Montex Allround, which offers a pulling device and an expansion unit with the selected coating head, ensures tension-free coating of the lower layer. The contamination is significantly prevented thanks to greatly-reduced network path and a very short period of ‘open’ coating before the fabric enters to dryer.
The shortest possible distance between the coating head and the stenter infeed ensures the highest quality coating results. Monforts Allround was at Techtextil 2015 to discuss and offer the latest advanced solutions for coating and finishing of technical textiles and nonwovens.
