Mahlo GmbH + Co. KG, which develops high-tech measurement and control systems for textile finishing, film coating and paper industries, introduced its innovations in process control and automatic corrective system for technical textiles and related industrial fields.
Qualiscan QMS-12
In the presentation made in headquarters of the company in Germany, Qualiscan QMS-12 traverse quality control system drew a great deal of interest. Qualiscan QMS-12, which measures such significant process parameters as thickness, weight, coating thickness or humidity without error, can check data measured throughout the entire product range.
GRAVIMAT FMX-T
Another machine introduced by Mahlon is Gravimat FMX-T which is an X-ray sensor and developed for non-nuclear basis weight and thickness measurements. Thanks to this sensor, thin layers, coatings, films, nonwovens and other network structures can be precisely measured without radiation arrangements.
Speaking at the presentation, Rainer Mestermann, CEO of Mahlon, said that: "Technical textiles market is very exciting with rapid changes and continuous innovation and developments. You should always maintain your business not to remain behind. We, as Mahlo, continue our studies in this field.
