
Austria-based textile machinery manufacturer Starlinger introduced its groundbreaking lamination technology in K 2013 which is the biggest fair of the world on plastics and held in Dusseldorf, Germany, every three years. In the event taking place on 14-16 October and 21-25 October, the firm offered turnkey machinery solutions from A to Z in textile packaging. The firm which manufactures successful technologies on ease of use, high efficiency and at the same time low cost guarantees quality with this new lamination.
Operating in the field of recycling with its special department since 2000, Starlinger opened a new era in the recycling technology of plastics. During the fair which aimed at gathering international participants and visitors in the packaging and plastic and rubber technology sectors, recoSTAR universal 165 VAC designed for recycling of scrap fibre and nonwoven was displayed switched on. On the other hand, Starlinger viscotec made the world premiere of the new deCON reactor. At the same time, the newly developed viscoSHEET PET plate line was introduced with a slide show. The new plate line can process as much as 100 % recyclable PET in compliance with the criteria of EFSA. In this respect, Sales Director of Starlinger, Hermann Adrigan guaranteed the quality of the lamination and stated that the concept was a revolutionary step.
