Developing technologies for the finishing process of the technical textiles, Entema introduces new products by focusing on energy efficiency, high production capacity, low maintenance costs and sustainability. Having produced machines only for the textile drying processes since its establishment, Entema is always a step ahead of its rivals with the importance it places on R&D works.
Shaping its production with demands and recommendations from the clients, Entema exports to Middle East, North Africa, South America and Asia with its experience of more than 20 years in the textile sector. Ali Ozan Gökcan, one of the new generation managers of Entema which is planning to increase its market share both in Turkey and the world with ENTEMA QUADRO, the four pass tieless drying machine, about the recent works of the company as well as ENTEMA QUADRO which has brought new standards to the drying processes.
Stating that they brought a new understanding to the fabric drying processes with ENTEMA QUADRO, the new product of the company’s experience and knowledge of a quarter-century in the field of textile drying machines, Gökcan added that: “We started working on the four pass drying machine years ago. After the necessary conditions were met, the first prototype QUADRO was put into operation about two years ago, was observed for almost one year and offered only to the potential clients in queue.”
There Are Intense Demand both from the Domestic Market and Foreign Markets
Stating that the production of the real models was started one year ago upon the demands coming from both the domestic market and the foreign markets, Gökcan added that the machines are monitored for another one year after the installation in terms of process quality, energy consumption, maintenance requirements etc. Expressing that Entema which serves with the principle of “continuous customer satisfaction” started to promote QUADRO in the international and national platforms through fairs and media, Gökcan stated that: “The intense interest in ENTEMA QUADRO, the four pass tieless drying machine, continues ever increasingly.”
Maximum Efficiency in Minimum Area
Stating that the chamber height of QUADRO is not too much in comparison to the two-pass and three-pass machines owing to its compact body structure and the four pass system provides superiority, Gökcan said that QUADRO has a maximum drying capacity in a minimum area and has considerably low energy consumption. The fact that fabric inlet and outlet are located on the same side provides the operator with a great ease of use. Stating that QUADRO can serve 7/24 as a machine of heavy service type with its system which does not require maintenance except for general cleaning and periodical lubricating, Gökcan said that it provides the enterprises with important advantages owing to low investment and operation costs.
The Best Unshrinkability Value
In relation to the process results of QUADRO, he said that the fabric withdrawal value within the machine is around 20 % and the final unshrinkability value varies between 0 % and 3 % according to the feedbacks of their clients. Gökcan added that QUADRO models can be manufactured with such heating system alternatives as natural gas, steam or thermic oil; can have such conveyor belt width values 2000 mm, 2500 mm and 3350 mm according to the demands of the clients while the number of chambers can vary between 2 and 6 and the machine can be produced at a wide range of capacity from 8.000 kg/day to 50.000 kg/day according to the capacity requirements of the enterprises.
