Manufacturing technology for nonwoven sector, Dilo Group will present its products at Idea Fair with its companies. In the fair to be held on 22-25 April 2013, machine concepts of DiloTemafa, DiloSpinnbau and DiloMachines will be presented at Hall C, booth number 1719. Being one of the leading manufacturers of complete nonwoven lines, the firm targets to make a successful presentation.
German-center Dilo Group manufactures the machines demanded by the sector with advanced technological properties. Dilo Group serves the textile sector with 4 different organisations. This system starts with Dilo SYSTEMS General Contractor, which fulfils the duties of information and finance management, general contractor of all the nonwoven lines, logistics, loading and launching the machines; which is followed by Dilo TEMAFA Opening-Blending, responsible for opening and blending equipments of synthetic and natural fibers, extraction and cleaning machines of natural fibers as well as the efficient production and high blending sensitivity. Dilo SPINNBAU which is responsible for universal and high capacity carding machines, random carding technology, DeltaCard, multi doffing and lap drafter and Dilo Machines which is responsible for production of such machines as universal crosslappers, Dilo Layer DL and DLA simple version, crosslappers with high web infeed up to 200 m/mnts DLSC and Hyperlayer HL and DLP wide crosslapper machines for papermachine clothing applications up to 16 m width are defined as the other organisations. Besides, Dilo MACHINES stands out as the company responsible for production of machines including DI-LOOP and DI-LOUR.
Preparations for the Fair are Complete
Developing technologies for the opening and blending processes which are the first steps of the synthetic staple fiber sector, the firm will display its DON dosing opener in the fair. Ensuring the control over flowing fiber with this feeder, Dilo Group helps clients to save money and time. Another technology to be displayed by the firm in the fair will be the products of DiloSpinnau. In this product group where card feeding systems are prominent, the most important issue is to determine the flow and cheesecloth equality depending on the type of fiber.
The technologies presented by the firm in this respect include Dosing Opener, AlphaFeed, Multifeed and Vibrated shaft feeder. Multifeed which stands out with its fast processes is included among the products of Dilo to be exhibited in the fair. This technology which is also used by many global nonwoven manufacturers has feeding power above 5 m. Twinflow is known as a high capacity feeding system. While Twinflow makes use of dubbing effects to maintain the equality of fibers, the upper part has dosing and opening phases. At the lower shaft, single-way vibration walls as well as the absorptive filter band are included for fiber frequency. At the top section of the unit, there is a structure ensuring advanced fibre blends. Multifeed can also be used in high speed card series for crosslapper applications with all DiloSpinnau card types or hydroentaglement web formation. Dilo Machines manufactures all the nonwoven fabric spreader variants as a standard-international and high capacity machine up to about 200 m/mnt cheesecloth flow rate.
R&D Activities Continue at the Same Rate
In these periods when R&D investments are gaining more importance, the firm continues renovating all components in its production processes. Improving its systems ranging from fiber preparation to material saving, from reducing energy consumption to increasing efficiency in production and from high efficiency to operational easeness, Dilo Group continues its works without cease.
