China-based firms, which are trying to show themselves in international competition day by day, never stop copying European technology patents and products. At ITMA Asia fair was established between 15th and 19th of October at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) Shanghai , Swiss-based companies, Jacop Müller AG identified that three other Chinese companies were infringing the reproduction rights. Jakob Müller AG, who applied to the intellectual property rights office in order to protect the legal benefits of the owners of the intellectual property rights within the fair, has acted against Dah Heer, DKY and Huibang, which were identified as producing copy machines with patent infringement.
The process against patent infringement began
Intellectual property rights gave a 24-hour time limit to declare a counterstatement to these three companies, Dah Heer, DKY and Huibang. Dah Heer, activelt removed its system which infringes the intellectual property rights. DKY and Huibang also have to do defense and apply against. The Intellectual Property Office evaluated these statements and the Intellectual Property Rights Bureau stopped the exhibition of these machines of copy production while giving the decision that the patents of the related systems belonged to Jacop Müller Ag and that these macines would not be exhibited during the fair.
Copy Production Nightmare of European Machinery
Although the European European technology developers take precausions against copying productions in European events along with ITMA and ITMA Asia fairs, these are not very effective on preventing copy production. The Technologies of the companies which pays sizeable amount of Money for research and development activities, are being imitated very fast by the far east based companies and they even can release the imitated product of European companies for half price. In the previous edition of itma Asia fair, the patented system of the Turkish firm called Ağteks Machines was copied by a Chinese based company an deven was exhibited in the same fair.
