According to the explanation made by Archroma, the sales process will be completed in August and its power in the Asian market will be further increased.
Having purchased the factory of BASF in Karaçi, Pakistan, which offers products and technologies in the all textile chemicals segments including printing, finishing and coating chemicals, Archroma will develop textile chemicals business segment by combining the factory with its own plants.
Alexander Wessels, CEO of Archroma which purchased M.Dohmen, the textile and chemicals manufacturer, in 2014 made an explanation after the purchase and said, “Textile industry is undergoing a transformation as a result of such demand shifts as sustainability-oriented solutions which show macro supply and increase. Operational and intellectual synergy between BASF and Archroma will enable us to offer solutions which have sufficient levels of innovation, quality, reliability, specialty and which cover the market.”
