Andritz Group, being in an active situation in the nonwoven industry, presents innovative solutions in the ITMA-Asia 2012. At the fair, the company will take place in saloon W3, booth A6 and introduce its new technologies about drylaid, wetlaid, drying, finishing and bonding. The company makes successful studies on technical textiles and nonwoven industries with the companies within its own organization, such as Andritz Küsters, Andritz Perfojet and Andritz Asselin-Thibeau.

In addition, Andritz will give information about its future works for textile industry at the fair. According to the statement presented by the company, there will be important developments, especially in terms of nonwoven and technical textiles. The company attracts attention with the studies made on engineering and process development fields, and provides detailed expertise from 9 different regions and sales and service opportunity oriented at nonwoven industry. Among these regions, there are France (Montbonnot-Elbeuf), Germany, United States, India (Bombay-Bangalore), China (Shanghai-Wuxi Foshan). For the developing markets, Andritz produces machines in accordance with the European design and quality standards, and also plans to negotiate with the experts on nonwoven issue at the fair. Additionally, company executives will take place at the fair to share the latest developments with those concerned.

neXline Spunlace Line is Bringing Technologies Together

Andritz, who makes successful studies on nonwoven issue, is continuing its labours on spunlace investments. It provides fast speed integrated production lines while keeping energy efficiency on top. The company applies optimum solutions for the fastest spunlace lines in stock products.

NeXline spunlace line, launched out by Andritz for the newly developing markets, consists of a combination of ANDRITZ Asselin-Thibeau, ANDRITZ Perfojet and ANDRITZ Küsters technologies. In this line there are technologies such as carding system, hydroentanglement, dewatering, air dryer and twincards. Axcess carding machine and Jetlace Avantage hydroentanglement process attracta attention in terms of being designed for producing light fabric with low costs. In needlepunch production, ACS system, produced by Andritz Asselin-Thibeau, is known as the latest innovation in the crosslapping technology for the consumer durables market. The cards feeding crosslapper provides easiness for the machine’ s use and increases its efficiency. Apart from these machines, ProDyn technology which will be exhibited in ITMA-ASIA is controlling web unity. Needle loom serial, together with A50, surely provides a competitive advantage for for geotextile producers.

Andritz Continues to Grow

Sales of the Andritz Group which acts in various fields in global terms has been 4596 billion Euro, 29.3 percent increase in comparison to 2010. The company, marking a growth  record with regards to 2011 numbers, has practised important sales in each field it performs. Selling all aroung the world with the two nonwoven production machines within, the company has 2400 calender machines and 160 full production lines.

Being active in many other additional fields apart from nonwoven production, the company gives service in fields of hydroelectric stations with ANDRITZ HYDRO, cellulose and paper industry  with ANDRITZ PULP & PAPER, separation of solid and liquid contaminants with ANDRITZ SEPARATION, steel industry with ANDRITZ METALS, animal feed and biofuel production with ANDRITZ FEED&BIOFUEL. While the most important reason of sales increase is the development in paper industry, as a result of the facilities made in this field has been 1,8555.9 billion Euro, 67.9 percent increase when compared to 2010. The group achieved to catch a sales increase in hydrolic decomposition segments and metal industry, and order purchasing has become 5,706.9 billion Euro, a 38.1 percent increase in comparison tol ast year. Expected orders in 2011 has increased 26 percent and become 6,583.1 billion Euro. In comparison to the last year, the group had a successful year, with a net profit of 230,7 millionEuro, except small capital stocks.
