Andritz Küsters will exhibit its studies in the spunlace field in addition to important innovations in the wetlaid technology. With neXline spunlace which includes the Excelle carding system, the Jetlace hydroentanglement process, the neXaqua dewatering unit, the Perfodry through-air dryer, and the neXcal twin embossing calendar, Andritz assures efficiency with a single source and cost effectiveness for nonwoven manufacturers. neXline line of Andrtiz is the most reliable and first class equipment of the sector where all the technological developments are combined. Solutions of ANDRITZ for production process start with dual heat-fastening cylinder and include dosing, low add-on application, drying and process control. The optimum solution for top-speed spunlace lines for commodity products like wet wipes is a combination of Isoweb TT card and Jetlace Essentiel, producing lightweight spunlace at very high capacity and low MD/CD ratio. This new generation of carding systems was launched during the fourth quarter of 2011 and since then, ANDRITZ has already sold 14 Isoweb TT cards. After March 2013, the firms will start the trials of this system.
Besides, in IDEA 2013, the firm will also focus on ProDyn technology. Especially when it is combined with A50 needle loom series, it provides an important advantage for manufacturers. Another innovation of Andritz Group for carding industry is defined as Excelle carding system.
