Unifi Asia Pacific Company Limited (UAP-Hong Kong), and Kipaş had commercial agreements in Turkey for the supply of Repreve fibre. UAP and Kipas, fabric manufacturers and brand & retail business partners; will strengthen the supply infrastructure in Turkey; through quality service and rapid marketing to deliver basic Reprev fibre-based alternatives. Repreve, the world leader in recycled fibre, is made from recycled materials, including plastic bottles. The agreement made, with Kipaş’s powerful production and marketing power in Turkey, is expected to supply a quick access to Repreve fibres. Repreve fibres, as well as the products which are inventory of Kipaş called 'raw white' and 'dope dyed' products in various qualities and fibre lengths are expected to provide quick access to Reprev yarn in Turkey.
Gümüşer: It Supplies Our Quality Standards and is Environmental
Kipaş Textile General Manager Halit Gümüşer, who talks about the agreement realised in Hong Kong, stated that; "With our cooperation has made, we believe that Turkey’s need of certified and traceable recycled polyester staple fibre will be supplied by Reprev."
