Turkish Textile Manufacturers Examine The Technologies Introduced By Murata

Executives from the leading textile manufacturers of Turkey located in Kahramanmaraş and its vicinity makes a trip to Japan to closely see the innovations introduced by Murata.  Senior executives from 25 textile manufacturers from Turkey in total participate in the organisation held by İnta Makina ve Kimya Temsilcilik Tic. Ltd. Şti, the representative of Murata in Turkey.  Ahmet Duygal, Manager at Yarn Department of Kipaş Mensucat, has also participated in the organisation.

Ahmet Duygal, who conveyed his impressions about the visit program to our publishing group, expresses his thanks to İnta Makina and Murata officials, stating that they have held an excellent organization in every aspects. Pointing out they have had the chance to closely examine the facilities and production processes of Murata, which has provided substantial technology to the yarn sector, in Kyoto, Duygal says they also have had the chance to experience Japanese culture, social life and their urbanism approach. Duygal says all the details were considered and they have closely felt the Japanese hospitality. He also states Japanese are very respectful, friendly and neat people, who try to do their best to show their hospitality.

"We are welcomed with great hospitality throughout our visit. All the details were considered for our comfort. Everyone, from the top executive to the staff at the bottom, welcomed us with great interest and hospitality. Besides, Daisuke Murata, Murata Chairman, personally welcomed us and showed us once again how friendly and hospitable they are to accompany us during the invitations. The highly developed infrastructures and strong cultural features of the Japanese were remarkable. However, there are important differences with Turkish culture. Especially their food culture was quite different from ours. We tried to taste the most special and beautiful dishes, but when compared to our eating habits, we saw that our food cultures were very opposite," says Duygal, speaking his mind about the distinguished Japanese culture.

Machinery Manufactured With Japanese Discipline Featured

Emphasizing that they admire the investments of the Japanese in advanced technology, Duygal says, "in our visit to Japan, we had to chance to see the production lines of the coil and Vortex machines at the Kaga factory as well as the head office of Murata in Kyoto. We also had the chance to examine the machinery manufactured with Japanese discipline. It has been a very efficient trip whereby we had the chance to see the innovations in Vortex machinery." "Especially during our visit to Inuyama factory, I am quite impressed by the systems used in the field of automation and the system where the machines and robots used in the automotive industry are produced", comments Duygal, stating Japanese technology is advanced.

In addition to factory visits, Duygal also notes sightseeing trips to Kyoto and Hiroshima are also an important experience for them and thus they have experienced Japanese architecture and lifestyle on-site.
