The factory, which was established as an open-end facility in Şanlıurfa in 2000, achieved an investment in knitting in later stages that followed by the establishment of Bonisa dye house and added dyeing and finishing to its operations to carry out its work as an integrated facility. After the July 15, according to the sales publishing of the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) that published in the Official Gazette for the mill that appointed by a trustee, the decision was made on the selling of "Şanlıurfa Zümrüt Tekstil Commercial and Economic Integrity" which incorporates the goods, rights and assets of Zümrüt Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi along with the contracts.
Zümrüt Tekstil enterprises, whose estimated value is determined as 267 million 650 thousand liras, will be put on the interest of buyers under the condition of applying both closed envelope and auction methods altogether. The sale process will take place on February 1, 2023 at 14.00 at the TMSF's building in Esentepe.
