Displaying QPRO Bobbin Winding Machine and Vortex Yarn Machines from its portfolio at ITM Texpo Eurasia 2013 Fair, Murata received a great attention from the visitors coming from Asia, Middle East and Balkan Peninsula. Answering our questions in the fair, Sales Representative of Murata, Sho Kitamura, expressed that Murata frequently shows up in the important activities of the global arena. Stating that they have established successful business ties at ITM Texpo Eurasia 2013 Fair, Kitamura said that this year’s fair is more dynamic than that of the previous year.
Quality, Productivity, Reduction and Easy Operation
Making important explanations about the products displayed by Murata in the fair, Kitamura said that: “We have improved our products continuously with successful R & D studies for years. We especially focused on productivity, economy, quality and easiness of use. In this respect, we developed QPRO bobbin winding machines. As the name of the machine implies, we conducted special works in four different matters. We formed the basic concept of the machine under the titles of Quality, Productivity, Reduction and Easy Operation. Then, we put to the use of the public with the success achieved with R&D studies.”
Expressing that the new technology reached the Turkish manufacturers for the first time, Kitamura said that the machine introduced to the Turkish textile manufacturers would meet the expectations of the market. Kitamura continued by saying: “Demands of consumers always change. While only productivity was prominent in the past, environment-friendly technologies, reduction and easy operation are the current expectations. Thus, we continue developing our business in this respect. Offering all the features together, we meet the demands of the customers. We increased productivity by 10 % in our lastest machine.
‘Clean and Smooth Fabric Production”
Kitamura also made important explanations about VORTEX III 870 which is another technology introduced to clients in the fair. Reminding that VORTEX is equipped with the latest technologies, Kitamura stated that: VORTEX is the leading product which distinguishes our firm from the others. It is the locomotive machine of our firm and it has the capacity of making production by using only the air. This is the most important feature of this technology. Having numerous special functions, it meets the expectations of the manufacturers to a great extent.”
Emphasizing that VORTEX minimises the problem of hairiness or pilling, Kitamura concluded his remarks by saying: “Our firm is one of the leading firms preferred in the global arena. We have been manufacturing machines under the name of VORTEX since 1997. We provide various advantages to our manufacturers. For instance, a VORTEX plant needs less workers in comparison to a compact ring enterprise. It also consumes less energy. With Vortex machine, a more functionable, faster and greater production becomes possible.”
