Market that we lost in these countries is cheap and simple products. It is required that Turkish textile industry should avoid competition which focuses on cheap work force and take part in market with innovative products which contain R&D and innovation. Sector should speed up its brandization and marketing its models. In addition to this, production of textile machine and chemical are followed carefully. “said.

These contain both products of textile and garment which is suitable for casual wear and technical and smart textile. The fact that China is on the first rank with a share of % 21 is a major issue that I want to mention about world technical textile export. Developed countries such as German with a share of 9.4, USA with a share of %8.5, Belgium with a share of 5.2, Italy with a share of %4.5 and Japan with a share of 3.5 follow it respectively. There should be technical and smart textiles which we need to care in the field of textile production. The fact that we will compete with developments countries in this field and studies require experience, knowledge and technology is evidence that we will difficulty in this.”
