The International Textile Summit, which is carried out in collaboration with Eastern Mediterranean Development Agency (DOGAKA), Kahramanmaraş Sütcü Imam University (KSU) and Kahramanmaraş Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KMTSO) in Kahramanmaraş, continued with its second day program.
The symposium which continued at the KSİ Seminar room, began with a "Recent Developments in Spinning Machine"session with the moderation of Ahmet Duygal, Prof.Dr. Hüseyin Gazi Örtlek from Erciyes University, Sho Kitamura from Murata and Elvio Re Sarto from Leopfe.
At the second day of the symposium, event though it was at the early morning, there was an intensive participation to the program at the KSİ Seminar Room. The visitors not being able to fit in the room and which made them to stay outside was was an indication of the symposium's effects. At the third session of the symposium, Savio SPA, gave a machine as a gift to KSİ Department of Textile Engineering. With the presentations of academics and the industry's leading names, the presentations and panel sessions continued throughout the day. Dyeing processes, the woven mesh sector, technical textiles, finishing and presentations about finishing, was followed with interest by the participants. The third day of the symposium, which will be held in the Seminar Room at KSU, will say a goodbye with two panels.At the program the latest developments in Turkish Textile and Spinning Machinery will be discussed, domestic and foreign leading names in the textile industry will make presentations.
