Enmos Experiences a Fertile 2014

Offering innovative solution in textile finishing, dyeing and laboratory automation, Enmos provides advantages in data colleting, monitoring and reporting, real cost calculation and feasibility studies as well as optimizing productivity, minimizing errors and reducing costs thanks to its technical studies. Meral Doğan, Sales and Marketing Manager of Enmos strengthening its market position with its solutions dedicated for textile dye house needs and widening its production segment, answered our questions about ITMA ASIA + CITME 2014 and their products.

ITMA ASIA Was Successful

Doğan stating that 2014 started very productive for Enmos informed that 5 out of 7 of their big projects was approved so this is the most significant indicator of a good start. Doğan informing that they have seen the outcomes of the commercial investments and intense marketing activities launched last year noted that in that sense ITMA ASIA is a turning point for them. Doğan saying that they have been conducting an intense trade with Far East for 8 year said the followings: “Thanks to our Taiwan agency having a strong marketing network, we export 40% of our production to China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam and other Far Eastern countries. We wanted to support our agency at ITMA ASIA and host Enmos visitors mainly coming from India and Bangladesh in this international platform. “

Doğan stating that the exhibition was very productive for them continued as follows: “Our participation target was to be present at a platform where we can introduce our long-termed marketing activities and new system solutions and ITMA ASIA was very successful in terms of commercial enquiries and expectations received from both China and India,” she said pointing out that the exhibition was quite positive from them.

Automation is very important for Dye houses

Doğan pointing out that Enmos offering innovative solutions in textile dye houses has a market share of 90% in dye house automations. “With the motto “You can Manage if you can Control” and our experiences, we have seen that due to inefficiency of boiler in a dye house or insufficient fabric carriages, waiting times increases and the pauses created a larger consumption item than the predicted one. Besides being simple and fundamental, much other consumption items that cannot be followed can be easily controlled via Enmos software and hardware systems, ”said Meral Doğan.

Doğan informed that environmental factors have gained more importance recently continued her words: “ Enmos also develops the workers’ health safety system that automatically prevents the damage caused to environmental factors besides productivity and cost effectiveness offered thanks to its product spectrum. By preventing consumption and waste chemicals generated in the liquid chemical automation and manual operation system, Enmos offers transportation throughout closed pipe systems without human interruption and contact with the environment.  Our new product models features fully automatic powder dye weighting, solving and transferring without human touch avoiding contact with powder dye regarded as chemicals within a closed system providing benefit for the environment and human health. Not only these features but also data collecting, analysis and efficient energy use contributes today to minimize electricity, water and steam consumptions,” said Doğan.

Profix FW

Doğan stating that Enmos always gives priority to customers’ expectations noted that the company gives importance to R&D studies to conduct complete dye house automation solutions. Doğan said that for the first time in Turkey they have started the production of Profix FW, a fully automatic powder dye weighting, solving and transferring system and as of January 2014 they have realized the first sales to İpeks Company. Thanks to this system, weighting can be conducted without human touch and powder. Doğan informing that dosing procedure can be realized thanks to this system without human touch and then automatic band transfers continued as follows: “Our new product having the technical structure and features enabling it to compete with its Italian competitors will be the first choice of local companies due to its price. We are assertive about our product and its price and we are sure that we will have new projects with our potential at the second half of 2014.” On the other hand Doğan noted that they have also started the marketing activities of Profix FW not only in the local market but also in China and India mainly and continued her words: “ Today design and ergonomics are important features in electronic  devices but benefit-cost relationship has replaced it. Especially the fact that a competitive market where low profit rates are present in textile dyeing houses increased the expectation of both end users and machinery manufacturers in terms of maximum profit and low cost for both the product and system used. The most attractive point of our systems as Enmos is not only speed, hygiene, quality or technological infrastructure but also its added cost benefits generated by its use. First of all the savings obtained in energy, the reduction in chemical expenses, monitoring and consequently control software is one of the main actors.”

Data Collecting, Monitoring and Reporting

Doğan informing that Enmos serves the textile industry with its data collecting, monitoring and reporting, real cost calculation and feasibility studies said the followings: “ As Enmos, we have product designs from software to hardware, from system solution to OEE solution by taking into consideration several enterprise parameters. We pay attention to preserve functional, innovative and the latest technology dynamics and take into consideration their contribution to total enterprise costs,” and continued: “Our mechanical and electronic hardware solutions designed can be completed with software which can be integrated. Data collected on a central monitoring software can be monitored in terms of the dyeing house needs and reportable valued can be created.  Sudden changes can be observed thanks to reports received and real time monitoring and different or wrong processes can be intervened. At the same time, reports obtained at certain periods can be evaluated by the related manager and consequently saving and other preventing measures can be taken."

Doğan noting that their main client nominees are laboratory machinery manufacturers, laundry group manufacturers, finishing machinery manufacturers and dyeing boiler manufacturers continued her words as follows: “As Enmos sales and marketing team, we do our best to preserve our professional and active working spirit and be dynamic. Both our position and our will is to acquire new references. Of course, this will is the starting point of our success and it is not a sufficient element alone for sales. The expert staff, accurate service and fast after sales services met with technology and engineering  lead us to success,” said Meral Doğan ending her words.
