With the new structure, Trützschler will meet transparency and complexity requirements in its business processes –these changes will not only help Trützschler to implement their entrepreneurial activities more simply and quickly but at the same time ensure about new flexibility in business operations. In the official announcement publicized by Trützschler Headquarters, it was underlined that in any correspondence, the name Trützschler Group SE should replace Trützschler GmbH & Co. KG. Finally, Trützschler Group SE will remain a family-owned business.
