Aygen remarked that they continue the CRM-ERM (Customer Relationship Management – Employers Relationship Management). She also reminded that they’ve been a representative company of laboratory and testing devices for many years. Aygen emphasized that for 5 years, they’ve been serving to the fields other than textile and added; “Our mission has always been to provide quality, accurate and quick serice and for that reason we performed such activities not only in 2011 but also in the past years and we will over the coming periods.” Aygen said that in 2012 they became a representative company of physical test equipments for laboratories rather than of the textile laboratory test equipments. Aygen stated that as the trend of branding and differentiation have recently stood out in the sector, the investments started to be made in amore planned and attentive way. Aygen emphasized that these investments are made through modernizing the existing facilities and making brand new investments at the fields and points where the government place incentives. Aygen stated that the demand for quality control devices has increased in both types of investments. Aygen emphasized that they are happy to see that the demand for their segment has increased and that the textile manufacturers pay attention to ‘quality, guarentee and after-sales services’ while purchasing machines.
Ayşe Aygen stated that a machine’s compliance with the standards is more important than its price. “Particular standards should be developed in order to determine the quality. By this way the criteria will be the same all around the world and it will be possible to make an unbiased and fair comparison. Besides, in order to ensure compliance with the standards across the world, the companies will prefer the high quality products and so the companies, which have an understanding of quality and service.”
