The decision was passed to final apply for review for the textile products in Chinese origin amongst the products with ‘’specific artificial or synthetic fibers or any other textile products.’’ The Communiqué of the Ministry of Commerce on the Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports was published in the Official Gazette and came into effect.
Turkish Home Textiles Demanded and Locals Implemented
According to the decision, made by the Turkish Home Textile Industrialists and Businessmen Association on behalf of local manufacturers Zorluteks Tekstil, Tanrıverdi Mensucat and Burkay Tekstil and supported by local manufacturers Aydın Mensucat, Hürtekstil, Akarca Tekstil and Aleran Tekstil, based on the application, a final review investigation was launched regarding the decisive anti-dumping action in effect for the product taken into review.
After this decision, it was settled to continue to apply the anti-dumping measure in force in line with the re-determined conditions.
