With 3D DK-B 318 Golden three-dimensional hosiery machines which are fully computerized and single-cylinder allows manufacturing plain, terry, three-dimensional and figured socks as well as creating terry pattern at the desired part owing to the newly developed cover or socks with two different colours at the heel and toe, lycra socks of two colours and elastic socks of two colours.
DK-B 318 series machines can manufacture socks of 16 different colours, make different colour and pattern combinations and realise socks designs at high efficiency as they are in 6+1 ground colour.
The new series DK-B 318 can be used in manufacturing long, terry socks and tights for men, women and children as well as different kinds of socks and bands for hair, wrist, elbow and head. Besides, it can realise the production of plain and terry socks with the same cover and platin.
DK-B 318 changes the 3 ¾ inch 200-needle spindle and teeth that can be bought optionally with the newly developed cover and can manufacture both mercerized and fancy socks and terry socks. At the same time, it can manufacture thick winter socks no.9 with the 3 ¾ inch 120-needle spindle where thick needle is used and which is newly developed and can be bought optionally. In other words, the machines allows for being used in four seasons by only changing the spindle and, if necessary, the teeth.
Technical Specifications
DK-B 318, which operates without barrel and brush, is fully computerized and is driven by servo motor, makes signal transfer with fibre optic cable produced by DEIMO, has the newly developed electric waves and DEIMO 2700 series control unit that is high speed and has higher resistance to high temperature.
Allowing for making faster production with a total of 4 teeth by performing lowering and lifting with two teeth at the heel and toe instead of a traditional lowering-lifting with one tooth, DK-B 318 minimises costs by helping the manufacturer follow up the production and fault data with the developed performance and fault reports.
