Thies introduces  iMaster F Series

Thies GmbH introduced its iMaster F series which provides economic functioning and environment-friendly production and was specially developed for high-pile fabrics.

German textile finishing and dying machines manufacturer Thies introduced iMaster F series dyeing machine model which was designed for long-pile fabrics like bath towel.

The model which allows for economic functioning and low dye consumption is designed for heavy fabric dyeing.

IMaster F series of Thies GmbH allows for an economic and environment-friendly functioning at a low flotte rate of 1:4 for cotton fabrics. Company defines F series machines as an innovation of highly successful iMaster dyeing machines. The new machine which allows for stability, perfect fabric structure and appearance with significantly reduced extension system has a bowl capacity ranging between 250 kg and 400 kg. I Master F series machines can be fed by 8 tubes at maximum for 250 kg and by 6 tubes at maximum for 400 kg. Besides, iMaster F series has the ability to operate at a really wide range for different fabrics.

Equipped with dosing tank, 100 % stock tank and distribution system for dry salt, the machine enables optimisation for the production of towel cloth products. Automatic self-cleaning filtre system helps to achieve the same dying and treatment conditions all the time. While this feature reduces manual interventions for cleaning, it increases efficiency. Furthermore, in the new model, rinsing, washing and dyeing bathes are constantly analyzed and online measurements can be viewed as graphics.
